These terms govern your use of Dashboardy.app ("Dashboardy", "we", "us"), a trade name of Phil Accardo, sole proprietor, located in York, Pennsylvania. By accessing or using the service, or by registering for one of our classes or events, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service, to register for our classes or events, or to consent to receive text messages from us. By using the service you represent that you are 18 or older.
Dashboardy is a business productivity tool provided to authorized users. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and only with accounts and data you are permitted to access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You may connect third-party accounts (such as Google) to enable features. You authorize Dashboardy to access those services solely to perform the actions you initiate. You can disconnect at any time from your Profile page.
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it to provide the service.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data that isn't yours, or interfere with its operation.
Program description. Dashboardy operates an SMS program that sends text messages to people who have expressly opted in to receive them. The messages we send fall into these use cases:
How you opt in. We send text messages only to people who have given prior express written consent. You provide that consent by ticking a separate, unchecked box on one of our web forms (for example, the class registration form at go.dashboardy.app/free-class) and submitting your mobile number. Providing a mobile number is always optional, and consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of registering, of purchasing anything, or of using the service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on which events you register for and how you interact with us.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Dashboardy does not charge you for the messages it sends, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to every message you send or receive. Check your plan with your carrier if you are unsure of the rates.
How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP", we will send you a single confirmation message and then no further text messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages. You may also email phil@dashboardy.app to be removed.
How to get help. Text "HELP" to any message for assistance, or email phil@dashboardy.app. We will reply with information about the program and how to contact us.
Supported carriers and carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and to network availability, and is outside our control. We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered, delivered on time, or delivered without error, and we are not liable for any loss arising from a message that is delayed, undelivered, or misdirected. Wireless carriers are not liable for the content of any message.
Age restriction. You must be 18 years of age or older to consent to receive text messages from us. Do not provide a mobile number for anyone under 18.
Privacy. Information you give us as part of the SMS program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your text-message opt-in data with third parties, and we never share opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Outputs such as cost estimates and generated documents are for convenience and are not professional, legal, or financial advice.
We may update these terms or suspend access for misuse. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
